My services & fees
Comprehensive Psychiatric Evaluation
This is the first official step in treatment. I will spend the session getting to know you and your goals for treatment. I will take into account your medical, psychiatric and family history, your current struggles and treatments you have received, as well as different elements of your life history that is relevant. This session will be helpful in understanding what the best next steps are, whether to engage in therapy, medication management or both. It could also be a second opinion if you are already established in treatment.
When working with pediatric patients, the session would be divided where I meet individually with the child first (where age appropriate) and then the parents separately and then all together to discuss next steps.

Psychotherapy
Psychotherapy is one of the most effective ways of understanding and eventually bringing about change when we are feeling “stuck” and unsure of what to do. Whether you have past traumas, want to know yourself better, or want to overcome difficulties in life, I can provide talk therapy to both adults and children, as well as working together with families.

Medication Management
When medication is necessary, I will explore with you the options based on the latest scientific updates as well your needs and priorities. We will meet regularly to discuss progress, as well as adjustments as needed.

Care coordination
For cases where you need me to communicate with your child’s school, therapist or other physicians.

About insurance.
I do not participate in any insurance plans and am considered an Out-of-Network Provider. I practice this way as it allows us more time, flexibility, confidentiality, and with fewer restrictions imposed by insurance plans. Many of my patients collect partial reimbursement from their insurance companies as part of their generous out-of-network benefits. I will provide a receipt and necessary documents to obtain reimbursement after each visit. You are responsible for the full amount at each visit. I do not work with Medicare in any capacity.
Cancellation Policy
If you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment, I ask that you provide at least 48 hour's notice. For late cancellations or missed appointments, I reserve the right to charge the session's full fee.
