I believe in a warm, collaborative approach to care—one that begins with truly getting to know my patients. By combining this understanding with my clinical expertise, I provide thoughtfully tailored treatment plans that honor each person’s unique story.

I am a double board-certified psychiatrist in child, adolescent, and adult psychiatry. My training allows me to understand individuals through a developmental lens and to consider the biological, psychological, and sociocultural factors that shape their lives. I work with patients across the lifespan—from children to adults—and offer medication management, psychotherapy, or an integrated combination of both. I take a conservative, thoughtful approach to medication and recommend therapeutic interventions whenever appropriate.

I have a special interest in supporting children and adolescents with anxiety, depression, ADHD, and challenges related to the transition into adulthood. During my fellowship, I spent dedicated time working in a perinatal clinic, caring for new mothers and mothers-to-be during one of life’s most transformative and often stressful periods.

In addition, I am fluent in Mandarin and have extensive experience working with Chinese-speaking patients. I understand the importance of culturally sensitive, culturally informed care, and I am committed to creating a space where patients feel understood and supported.
